Seller's Guide
Step 1 - Create your seller's account
Step 2 - List your own whiskies using our super easy to use listings form. Don't forget to upload detailed photos of the actual bottle to help you sell them quicker!
Step 3 - Wait for a notification telling you that you have a buyer.
Step 4 - Pack up the bottle in an unbranded box and use our auto-generated pre-paid label system from the website. Then wait for our courier to pick it up from you or take it to a local collection point.
Step 5 - Get paid for your whisky with only 7.5% sellers commission to Drams Direct.
Refunds & Disputes
At Drams Direct we have a detailed refunds & disputes policy which can be found on the links at the bottom of the website, but we thought we would summarise it in this section, to give a clear oversight.
When you sell at drams direct, you shall be paid out once the buyer has scanned the label, the goods are received & they are satisfied with the product.
Upon receipt, the buyer has X days to lodge a complaint for a refund or replacement.
The buyer can follow our procedure and inform of what is wrong with the bottle (damage, not as expected, not as in photos etc.). If no complaint is received after the X days, it is assumed that the buyer is happy and the payment is released to the seller.
In some cases, drams direct may make contact with buyers to check if everything is acceptable with their purchase (for example if it is a high priced whisky)
It is a simple process of P2P sales, with Drams Direct being the trusted payment processor between peers.
